How to report an incident
At Backrightup, we're all about security and incident management.
If you have encountered a issue, incident, or a security related matter, please report it to us immediately. There are 3 ways you can do this:
1). Email support@backrightup.com. If the incident is urgent (eg. breach of data), please include the subject line Urgent
2). Using our chat widget located in the bottom right of the screen. Our operators are on standby to help you solve any issues or will action it with the right member
3) Book a meeting with us. You can do that by clicking here and choosing the next available time with us. We'd love to chat via video conference.
